  • PR-communications Intern (on-line / US)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data analysis for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly ML US market reports and sharing of the same through company tools

    Analysis of the activities of competitor brands through web, social and print channels

    Power Point elaboration for the presentation of new projects

    Translation of press releases (to support press agency and translator)

    Management of procedures (collaboration with the operations team), management of the necessary documentation, drafting of reports at the end of the activities

    Coordination with Finance department for supplier management, budget and internal procedures

    Document management

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • University degree 
    • Prior retail experience in fashion is a valuable plus
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Digital and social media aptitude and experience
    • Strong organization and project management skills
    • Creativity, team spirit & sense of initiative
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office 
    • Fluent in English

    Additional info:

  • Marketing Internship (on-line / US)

    Analysis
    Responsible for monthly sell out reports as well as New Product Performance Analysis Reporting
    In charge of getting qualitative field feedback on new launches
    Responsible for gathering, filing and reporting on competitive information (new launches Cat by ML)

    Budget & forecast management
    Raise PO’s and track rigorously US market budget for all activities on a weekly basis
    Monitoring budget / expenditure, negotiating quotes with local suppliers and reconciliation of internal systems.
    Ensure the media budget is rigorously kept up-to-date
    Update logistic tool and correct quantities when needed.

    Marketing Support
    Develop and produce diverse marketing material, in line with the product managers’ guidelines, timing and budget (POSM / Launch Material / Newsletters)
    Create marketing presentations for internal and external actors
    Events, Launch and animation implementation
    Coordinate event & trade activities in partner's store & our online in line with product managers’ guidelines, timings and budgets
    Other
    Preparation of the monthly newsletter, sales presenter
    Responsible for the implementing of the marketing plan as well as any other trade activities.
    Follow up on various requests from the trade / field team
    Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the ML team
